Does MetaSift upload my photo?
No. The image is decoded, drawn, and exported in this browser tab.
Does it remove GPS and camera data?
Canvas export omits the original file metadata. It cannot remove information visibly drawn into the image.
Is the output lossless?
PNG is lossless. JPEG and WebP are re-encoded and may change compression; the original file is never overwritten.
